Warranty Coverage
10-Year Structural Warranty
All panels, frames, and core structural components are covered for 10 years against manufacturing defects.
3-Year Hardware Warranty
Hinges, rails, drawer runners, and soft-close mechanisms are covered for 3 years.
Coverage Details
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Structural failure under normal use
- Hardware malfunction (soft-close, hinges, runners)
- Finish defects (peeling, bubbling, cracking)
- Joint failure in assembled components
- Warping or splitting of panels under normal conditions
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from improper installation
- Modifications or alterations to original design
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Water damage from flooding or plumbing leaks
- Damage during transportation or moving
- Colour fading from direct sunlight exposure
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage after installation

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded, including:
- Products must be of acceptable quality
- Products must be fit for any purpose specified by the consumer
- Products must match descriptions, samples, or demonstrations
